Is my personal information secure when I order online?

Timeless Impressions is hosted on a secure SSL server. This means that all transfer of personal and financial information between your browser and our servers is encrypted to ensure maximum security. A small lock or key symbol will appear in the status bar of your browser indicating a secure connection when entering personal information or transferring a payment. Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm the details of all online orders. If there are any problems processing your payment or further delivery address information is required one of our staff members will contact you personally.

Do you deliver on the week-end and public holidays?

Unfortunately we do not make deliveries on weekends or public holidays as we use Australia Post and private couriers companies. All our deliveries are made on normal working business days, i.e. Mondays through Fridays.

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with the correct address when placing an order.  The sooner you are able to inform us of an address mistake, the easier it is for us to amend it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.

Do you ship orders overseas?

Yes, we can.  However, international shipping can be costly.  Please email us to arrange a quote before you place your order.

If I buy more then 1 item can I combine the delivery charge?

Yes, your order is automatically combined. The cost of deliveries is based on the total weight of your purchase.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

If Australian Post or our private courier is delivering your order and nobody is home, they will leave a card detailing how you can obtain your gift by picking it up from the post office or arranging a suitable time for re-delivery.
