When placing an order with Timeless Impressions you are making an offer to purchase goods or services you have selected based on these terms and conditions.


Orders

• To place an order, simply fill in the order form on the TimelessImpressions.com.au website and click the submit order button. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation/tax invoice via email. Payment transfers generally take a couple of days to clear, at that point your order will be dispatched. A representative from Timeless Impressions will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
• Timeless Impressions reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of the item, a pricing error or a mistake in your order.
• Timeless Impressions reserves the right to terminate user accounts or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
  

Pricing

• The price as it appears on this website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made.
• All prices listed on TimelessImpressions.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST and are subject to change at any time without notice. 
• We will attempt to be as accurate as possible with our pricing and product descriptions.
  

Payment Methods

• TimelessImpressions.com.au currently accepts payment via PayPal, Credit card (Visa and Master Cards only) and direct bank deposit.
• All required information must be completed on the online order form for payment processing to begin. If the Bank deposit option is selected as a payment method, Timeless Impressions will contact you within 24 hours with payment instructions.Please note: if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. • Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Timeless Impressions is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
  

Delivery

• Normal delivery hours for Timeless Impressions are business working days between 9am and 5pm Monday to Fridays.
• Timeless Impressions cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee it due to factors outside of our control.
•  Timeless Impressions will make every effort to deliver your order within one (1) to seven (7) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and weekends) from the day your payment is received (delivery time varies depending on destination). 
• All orders placed on this website are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed.
• Orders placed on public holidays and weekends, will be delivered on the next business day. 
• It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have provided are incorrect, we are unable to refund you. 
• Timeless Impressions uses couriers and Australia Post for delivery of orders.
• The delivery method for your order will be selected by Timeless Impressions based on a number of factors including the delivery address, size and weight of your packed order. 
• If there is any foreseeable delay in the delivery of your order, you will be contacted by a member of Timeless Impressions. 
• If your order has not arrived after seven (7) working days and you have not been contacted by Timeless Impressions, please contact us at enquries@TimelessImpressions.com.au or by phoning (+61 2) 9755 0408
• We recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm, as orders sent via courier must be signed for upon delivery.
• If no one is present to accept delivery, a card will be left at the address providing contact details for the delivery company for you to organise re-delivery (which may incur a fee) or collection from the courier depot. Please act on this calling card immediately as the courier depot will only hold your item for seven (7) days, after which time it will be returned to Timeless Impressions. If your order is returned to us due to your failure to contact the courier company, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Timeless Impressions does not accept liability for a delay in delivery in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to post boxes.
• You agree that you are not entitled to withdraw from your commitment to purchase the product due to a delay in delivery. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
  

Damage in Transit

• Timeless Impressions makes every effort to ensure your order arrives in the condition in which it was dispatched. However on occasion goods are damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, please email us at enquiries@TimelessImpressions.com.au or contact us by phoning (+61 2) 9755 0408 immediately and we will supply you with a replacement product once that damaged product has been returned to us.

Refunds

• Timeless Impressions values its customers and want to ensure you enjoy your online shopping experience and are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at enquiries@TimelessImpressions.com.au within 14 days of purchase to discuss an exchange or refund.
• If you believe any of the items delivered to you are faulty, please contact Timeless Impressions to notify us of your intention to return the goods. Initially the customer is responsible for return freight costs; however these will be refunded should Timeless Impressions deem the goods to be faulty upon receipt. If deemed faulty, freight costs and the purchase price will be refunded via the payment method used when the product was originally purchased. If we deem the product not to be faulty, Timeless Impressions may refuse to replace the product or offer you a refund for the product. The customer will be responsible for all return freight costs.
• Any returned product must reach us in its original, undamaged packaging. The goods must be in their exact saleable form and be accompanied by a Timeless Impressions tax invoice. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is packaged appropriately for return freight.
• Please email us at enquiries@TimelessImpressions.com.au to organise your return/exchange. Replacements and refunds will only be processed after the faulty item has been received by Timeless Impressions.
  

Cancellations

• It is important to make sure that you have double checked all the details on your orders. Once your order has been processed, unfortunately there will be no cancellations permitted under any circumstances.
